The firm encourages participation in
bar activities. In the past, one of our lawyers served as
President of the Alabama State Bar Association, and others as
Chairmen of its Labor Law and Tax Sections. One of our lawyers
recently served as the President of the Young Lawyers Section of
the Alabama State Bar. For years, other firm members have served
on the Council of the American Law Institute and as active members
of the American College of Trial Lawyers and American College of
Trust and Estate Counsel. Three of our lawyers have been elected
as Fellows in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and two as
Fellows in the American College of Trust and Estate Council. Two of our lawyers have been elected as Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America and one as an Associate Fellow, comprising less than 1% of all lawyers in the nation. |
