B. Eric
Crooker
Eric Crooker is an associate in the
firm's Mobile office. Licensed in both Alabama and Louisiana, his practice focuses
on the representation of businesses in commercial disputes, the
defense of tort claims, and claims arising out of employment. Eric
also has experience in health care regulatory matters,
environmental litigation and adversary litigation in Bankruptcy
Court. From 2005 - 2008 Eric was an associate with the firm of
Gold, Weems, Bruser, Sues & Rundell in Alexandria, Louisiana. Eric
is the author of "Prepare to Privatize: The Louisiana Supreme
Court Primes the Sewerage and Water Board’s Pump by Emasculating
the Civil Service Commission in Civil Service Commission v. City
of New Orleans," 78 Tul. L. Rev. 2293 (2004).
Eric is a member of the Alabama and Louisiana Bar Associations and
is admitted to practice in Alabama and Louisiana state and
federal courts.
