Ian D. Rosenthal

Ian Rosenthal is a partner in the firm’s Mobile office. Licensed in both Alabama and Florida, he represents clients in matters throughout Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. His practice includes the representation of businesses in commercial disputes and the defense of tort claims, the defense of employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and worker’s compensation claims, the representation of insurers in first party litigation, and environmental litigation.

Ian is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and has the highest rating assigned by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. In addition to membership in the Alabama Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and Mobile Bar Association, he is a member of the Defense Research Institute and has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America Trial Lawyer Honorary Society and as a Barrister in that society’s Order of Juris.

Ian is a member of the Mobile Bar Association Diversity Task Force which he co-chaired in 2007 and 2008. He also is a member of the Alabama State Bar Committee on Disciplinary Rules and Enforcement and the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Mobile Bar Foundation.

He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Florida state and federal courts as well as the United States Supreme Court.
