Jennifer M. Anderson

Jennifer Anderson is an associate in the firm's Birmingham office.  She was born in Columbus, Georgia in 1972.  Her primary areas of practice include estate and gift planning, administration of estates, closely-held businesses, and litigation involving the rights and duties of personal representatives, beneficiaries and business owners.  Ms. Anderson has additional litigation experience in the areas of product liability, ERISA, personal injury and state and federal appeals.  She has also represented public educators in personnel and certification-related matters in Georgia.

Prior to and following law school, Ms. Anderson worked with a 45,000-member state educators’ association, providing legal services to the Association’s members and participating in the Association’s state lobbying efforts. Ms. Anderson also worked as a registered Lobbyist in Atlanta, Georgia, where she assisted with the state-level representation of corporate clients in fields such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals and waste management.

Ms. Anderson is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
