Jason W. Bobo

Jason W. Bobo is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office. He was born August 11, 1983 in Slapout, Alabama. Jason’s practice encompasses a wide variety of subject areas including commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, and employment law.

In law school, Jason was an associate editor of the Cumberland Law Review and a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow. He was an eight-time Scholar of Merit and a Presidential Scholarship recipient.

Jason is the author of Following the Trend: Alabama Abandons the Duty to Retreat and Encourages Citizens to Stand Their Ground, 38 Cumb. L. Rev. 339 (2008). He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Alabama state and federal courts.
