John T. Howard

John Howard is an associate in the firm's Birmingham office. He was born on March 13, 1982, and was raised in New Hope, Alabama. John's litigation practice encompasses a wide variety of topics including commercial litigation and personal injury litigation, much of which is involved in the regular representation of Norfolk Southern Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

In law school, John was Writing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, Treasurer of his Senior Class, and a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow. He received the Frank M. Young, Jr., Presidential, and Cumberland Law Review Scholarships.

John is a member of the American, Alabama, and Birmingham Bar Associations.
