Jarrod J. White

Jarrod White is a partner in the firm's Mobile office. His practice includes personal injury and consumer fraud actions, commercial and business litigation, representation of manufacturers and others in product liability litigation, representation of insurers and insurance agencies, defenses of employers against worker's compensation and retaliatory discharge claims, arbitration disputes, and condominium law. Jarrod has extensive experience in complex construction litigation and disputes. Licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi, he represents clients in matters throughout Alabama and coastal and eastern Mississippi.

Jarrod is the author of Email@Work.com: Employer Monitoring of Employee E-Mail, 48 Ala. L. Rev. 1079 (1997), discussed in U.S. v. Councilman, 418 F.3d 67, 85 (1st Cir. 2005), Konop v. Hawaiin Airlines, Inc., 302 F.3d 868 (9th Cir. 2002), and United States v. Steiger, 318 F.3d 1039, 1050 (11th Cir. 2003).

Jarrod is a member of the Alabama, Mississippi, and Mobile Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and the ABA Construction Section. He is active in the community, having served as a club president, district officer, sponsored youth administrator in Kiwanis, Restore Mobile (formerly the Mobile Revolving Fund for Historic Properties), and Leadership Mobile.
