Jarrod J. White

Jarrod White is a partner in the firm's Mobile office. Licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi, he represents clients in matters throughout Alabama and coastal and eastern Mississippi. His practice includes personal injury and consumer fraud actions, commercial and business litigation, representation of manufacturers and others in product liability litigation, representation of insurers and insurance agencies, defenses of employers against worker's compensation and retaliatory discharge claims, arbitration disputes, and creditor and debtor representation and adversary litigation in Bankruptcy Court. Jarrod is the author of Email@Work.com: Employer Monitoring of Employee E-Mail, 48 Ala. L. Rev. 1079 (1997), discussed in U.S. v. Councilman, 418 F.3d 67, 85 (1st Cir. 2005), Konop v. Hawaiin Airlines, Inc., 302 F.3d 868 (9th Cir. 2002), and United States v. Steiger, 318 F.3d 1039, 1050 (11th Cir. 2003).

Jarrod is a member of the Alabama, Mississippi, and Mobile Bar Associations, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association. He is active in the community, having served as a club president, district officer, sponsored youth administrator in Kiwanis, and serves on the Mobile Revolving Fund for Historic Properties.
