January 26, 2012:Cabaniss partners Anna Buckner, a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and Melanie Merkle Atha, a member of the Litigation Counsel of America, will present "Fundamentals of Collaborative Practice" to the ACTEC Southern Region Meeting in Mobile, AL on April 13, 14 and 15. Both Ms. Buckner and Ms. Atha are members of the Birmingham Collaborative Alliance and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
