R. Boyd Miller was recently appointed by the Alabama State Bar to serve on the Alabama Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution. This is for a three-year-term expiring on December 31, 2019.

Jim Henry will be speaking on December 14 at Vestavia Country Club at the 2016 joint meeting of the Alabama Association of Health Information Managers and the Alabama Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.  His talk is titled “You Don’t Want to Walk a Mile In These Shoes: A Random Sampling of Recent Health Care Fraud Cases.”
