Nancy W. Ball

Nancy Williams Ball is an associate in the firm's Birmingham office where she practices in the areas of estates and trusts, including estate planning and administration, taxation, real estate and corporate law. Mrs. Ball is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Birmingham, Inc. and the Alabama Planned Giving Council. Mrs. Ball is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the American Bar Association and participates in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.

Mrs. Ball is a member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham, Birmingham-Southern College Young Alumni Advisory Council, and the Junior League of Birmingham. Mrs. Ball is also an advisor to her sorority at Birmingham-Southern College and a Sunday School teacher for teens at her church.

Mrs. Ball is from Inverness, Mississippi and is the author of:Constitutional Law--The Dormant Commerce Clause and the Twenty-First Amendment--Reconciling the Two Constitutional Provisions to Allow the Direct shipment of Wine 75 Mississippi Law Journal 619 (2006).
