Rebecca D. Parks

Rebecca Parks practices in the firm's Mobile office. Prior to joining Cabaniss Johnston, she worked for a mid-size litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois. Her litigation practice includes the representation of clients in employment matters, commercial disputes, fraud cases, personal injury cases, construction disputes, professional liability cases, and workers' compensation cases. 

Rebecca is a member of the Mobile, Birmingham, and American Bar Associations. She graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was a member of Order of the Coif, a Hugo L. Black Scholar, and managing editor of the Alabama Law Review. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and Illinois.
