Melanie Merkle Atha Appointed Co-chairman of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Committee on Collaborative Law

Melanie Merkle Atha has been appointed to serve as co-chairman of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Committee on Collaborative Law. In December, she was elected President-Elect of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. On February 12, 2014, she will present “Ethical Implications of Limited Scope Adovocacy” to the Birmingham Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Section and the ADR Section.
