Courtney Adams’ practice focuses on estates and trusts, including estate planning, estate administration, taxation, real estate and corporate law. She has experience in a broad range of areas, including advising businesses on tax and corporate business formation, acquisitions, mergers, and dispositions, conducting residential real estate closings and representing clients who invest in limited partnerships and limited liability companies that develop affordable housing projects using tax credits under Sections 42 and 47 of the Internal Revenue Code. Courtney was a member of the 2013 Class of Future Leaders Forum of the Birmingham Bar Association.
Courtney grew up in Mobile, Alabama but Birmingham has been her home since graduation from college.
