DeSharné L. Carroll
DeSharné Carroll is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office. DeSharné has a wide range of experience with a primary focus on personal injury defense as well as commercial and business litigation. She has extensive experience in the representation of clients in both federal and state cases.
Prior to joining the firm, DeSharné graduated on the Dean’s List and was named a Chancellor’s Scholar at Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University for high academic performance. She was additionally awarded several merit and academic scholarship awards while attending LSU and was heavily involved in oral advocacy and brief writing competitions. During her time in Louisiana, DeSharné served as a legal clerk at the Louisiana 1st Circuit Court of Appeals where she gained extensive knowledge and experience with the judicial system. DeSharné has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to public service and was the recipient of the public interest honor award for significant contributions to the Baton Rouge community.
DeSharné is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyer’s Association. Additionally, DeSharné currently serves on the Junior Board of Girl Spring Inc., as well as the leadership board for CFF We Believe, Inc.
